Kathy Simard

After completing studies in journalism and international studies, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at Université Laval in 2012. Since being called to the Bar in 2013, she has practiced primarily in criminal law.

Ms. Simard has expertise in challenging decisions rendered by the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), representing clients before the Commission des transports du Québec (CTQ), and obtaining restricted work permits following a driver's license suspension.

Ms. Simard is a member of the board of directors of the Association des avocats de la défense de Montréal-Laval-Longueuil (AADM).
